Accomodation

As we are already several years in business, we could select very good home stays. Located in Cuernavaca, we often visit our families and are happy to have a good relationship. We monitor the quality of our homes very carefully!

We assign our spots right after registration and not just two weeks before the project starts! This is our way to award the "early birds"! This is important to know for instance for families and/or for people planning to study during high season!
In other words, we practise: "First sign - first in"!



You can also just can reserve a home stay without studying at a Spanish language school (a registration fee applies)!
In case of emergency we can recommend you a good doctor or dentist!

Living with a Mexican family Bungalow

Mexican Family

We strongly inform that the living arrangement most compatible with Intensive or Executive Spanish language study is living with a Mexican family because you are surrounded with Spanish all day long and you will practice real life and practical conversation.
We have a selected list of families willing to provide additional conversation practice to students.


As we are located on the spot, we carefully monitor the quality of our home stays (based on student feedback and often visits).

Generally, students arrive the Friday before the Monday that class starts and they take this time to get accustomed to their new lush surroundings.

You can choose between the following offers:

Plan "AA"

Plan "AA"  - Private- or double room (with partner) with private bathroom (Luxury Plan)
These exclusive home stays have a garden and mostly a swimming pool.

Costs:
USD 32 per night and person, all daily meals and transport to school and from school back home included
(additional usd 4 for the Executive Programs Options 1-3 which requiere meals at school)

Plan "A"
Private- or double room (with partner) with bathroom to share
These home stays have mostly a garden.

Costs:
USD 24 per night and person, all daily meals and transport to school and from school back home included

Plan "B"
Double room with bathroom to share with another student or family member of the same sex These economic home stays have some times no garden and no pool.

Costs:
USD 19 per night and person, all daily meals and transport to school and from school back home included

Home Hospitality
Some of the host families live in downtown apartments, others, in the suburbs. Some are childless couples, others have several children. All are willing to welcome you into their homes and share with you the warmth of Mexican home life.
Food
Living with a Mexican family you will taste the real traditional Mexican food, with a great variety of dishes cooked from grandmother's traditional recipes with the best ingredients, also many kinds of fresh tropical fruits and vegetables.

Bungalows:

We offer bungalows in a quiet residential zone not far from the Center of the City.
The bungalows are fully loaded with kitchen, refrigerator. In the price, water, gas and electric power are included.
There is spot for two people per bungalow! Please reserve on time, as alway is a run on this option!

House/Apartment:

If your prefer another living arrangement such as an appartement or house, we can make the necessary arrangements. Please let us know as much in advance possible before your project starts.

If your prefer to stay in a hotel we can book you a room. Let us know your preferences concerning the price range, etc..
